What a blessing!
Thank you for attending the conference at the University of St. Thomas. It was such a wonderful blessing to see everyone and to be encouraged in our vocation as homeschooling parents.

We'll be back at the University of St. Thomas Anderson Recreational Complex again next year. We're also excited to announce that Marcel LeJeune will be our keynote speaker. Marcel is assistant director of campus ministry at St. Mary's Catholic Center at Texas A&M, the largest campus ministry in America. As author George Weigel said, St. Mary's is "building a program that is a model for the entire country." Marcel is also a homeschool dad and a passonate advocate for home education. It'll be a great conference!

Thank you! We are so glad that you were able to attend this year's conference and we hope that it was a source of inspiration and encouragement. Nearly 900 people attended -- from the Twin Cities, outstate Minnesota, and several other states. We were so blessed by all of the attendees, speakers, and vendors. We also want to thank all of our volunteers (including our families) and Dan Taylor (UST events coordinator) who helped with the conference.

Welcome 2011!
We're at that exciting time when vendor registrations are coming in, we're finalizing our online attendee registration details, and the brochure is almost ready to go to the printer.
This year we're looking forward to an great event back home at the University of Saint Thomas, but this time at their brand new Athletic Center, complete with lots of space, great lighting, air conditioning, and cushy, comfortable floors. We're pretty sure you're going to love this beautiful vendor facility!

Also new for 2011 is the chance for you and your teens to take a class from IEW's Andrew Pudewa! This seven-hour class focuses on high school essay skills and offers lots of guidance and practice for taking the writing portion of the ACT/SAT, and writing college application essays. It's a unique opportunity and we're very pleased to offer it, for your convenience, in conjunction with the Conference.
Registration for both our Friday seminars, the High School Essay Intensive, as well as Linda Lopez's High School and Beyond will begin as soon as our other registration materials are available - early in March.
